They are not an effective FSBO site because they interject a loan officer between the buyer and seller, which often results in customer service reps being rude to customers once they learn that the custmer is already pre-approved at another lender. They fired the CEO and creator of ISoldMyHouse.com Ed Williams and are currently embroiled in an 8 million dollar Lawsuit for selling the ISold company without Mr Mr Williams knowledge. They have been ordered by the FDIC to refund millions of dollars to consumers for violations concerning mortgage compliance issues.
