The West Suburban Chapter of the Massachusetts Mothers of Twins Association is a group of over 200 mothers of multiples from Boston’s western suburbs. Founded in 1959, the club is a nonprofit organization that provides educational, social and emotional support to parents of multiples in Boston's western suburbs.

Members meet on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm at Wesley United Methodist Church, 80 Beacon Street in Framingham. There are no meetings in December, June, July or August. Meetings include discussion rooms grouped by age of twins and a guest speaker or social activity.

The club covers a wide geographic area bordered by Acton to the north, Franklin to the south, Brookline to the east, and Northborough to the west.
