This regional favorite has grown to nearly 40 locations in the greater Boston area. Famous for its brick oven pizza, the restaurant offers quite a bit more than just pizza, though.

They are generally very kid friendly, offers crayons and pizza dough for the little ones to play with. Our little ones really like to play with the dough and often ask to 'go to pizza' - we think to play with the dough. It certainly keeps them busy, though.

The Margherita pizza is excellent - it's available with chicken as well, although we preferred the regular pizza without chicken.

Occasionally they rotate some new items through the menu, and these are often fun to try. We tried the Shrimp Diavlo, which was quite good - the problem with these is that they sometimes disappear off the menu just when you find one you really like.

The meals are served with hot rolls and we've found that the service has generally been good. However, in some of the more crowsed restaurants such as the one in Harvard Square, service can be a bit harried.

You get a nice-sized free salad at lunchtime
The pizzas are quite large so be careful not to over-order
They have plastic water cups with straws for kids, as well as Hoodsie ice cream cups for dessert.
