Serving Northern Italian cuisine, pasta & pizza made on site, and a wide variety of antipastos. The pizza is made in a brick oven. The upstairs area contains a bar, with most of the dining area placed downstairs in a red, brick-walled room that adds a good deal of warmth. The restaurant also has a very impressive wine list.
They feature a special children's menu, high chairs, and rate high on our family friendly list. Their super-friendly staff adds the finishing touch to this casual neighborhood spot.

La Groceria History
In 1971 Franco Mastromauro and his two sons, Frank and Charles, opened a small breakfast and sandwich shop. Now some 30 years later, LaGroceria Italian Restaurant is nationally recognized as one of the best Italian restaurants by Gourmet Magazine, Zagat and Fodors.
