The open kitchen, along the entire length of the dining room, is the creation zone for 'adventurous American cuisine.' Signature dishes include Tibetan momo dumplings, chipotle- and lime-rubbed rib eye steak with fontina-stuffed, truffle-scented tater tots, cod wrapped in banana leaf and grilled tuna tacos.
While the Indian and Spanish are obvious, you can also order the old-world Italian specialty veal dish, Osso Bucco.
Sunday brunch features a fun twist, as patrons and waitstaff are encouraged to dine in your best pajamas (we're serious!), and feast on cinnamon-and-raisin French toast, skillet-baked eggs with Cajun grits and andouille sausage, or breakfast pizza with cheddar, bacon, potatoes and two eggs.
