NRWA serves as an educator, advocate, and steward for the 31 watershed communities in north central Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.
Throughout the year, the NRWA conducts numerous watershed education programs for both youth and adults at its River Resource Center in Groton. Youth programs are offered for school groups as well as to the public. Teacher workshops are offered by to train educational staff to provide watershed education to their students.
