Child's Play, Weymouth, Sat 29 Dec 2007
This place is fantastic! Perfect for toddlers. There is one, big enclosed room, so you can see your kids at all times. It was very clean. I took my 4 year old, 2 year old, and 7 month old. There was not anything for my infant, the older kids had a blast. Will definitely go again. Although I do not live on the south shore, it was a good meeting place for myself and a friend who live close to RI. The cost is very reasonable $5 per person, infants free. The only downside is you have to pay for adults too. I never understood why some indoor playspaces charge for adults, but that wouldn't keep me from going there again.
A Good Time...., Tue 9 Oct 2007
the place was neat...maybe because i'm a scientist...but everything is science oriented. it is a huge room filled with different 'stations' of science adventure...there are stations that explore gravity, vacuum, pendulum motion, the human body...and then there are some freestyle play things like a huge play house and a really neat play grocery store. there is something to explore for all ages (including adults!)...downsiides: there is no place for the kids to eat/drink...so if you wanna bring a snack or sippy cup, you have to stand in the entrance way and partake...not a huge deal but a bit of an inconvenience.
