This Thanksgiving, order a pie from Pie in the Sky. With the $25 you pay for a single pie, Community Servings will be able to provide a week's worth of free, home-delivered meals to a man, woman or child who is battling a critical illness such as HIV/AIDS, cancer, diabetes or MS.

Pie Day Boston
Tuesday, November 15th, is ‘Pie Day’ in Boston in support of Community Servings’ Pie in the Sky Thanksgiving bake sale which funds home delivered meals for the critically-ill. From Noon to 2pm, Community Servings will slice up a giant pie made by local pie and cake master George Montilio. Bostonians are encouraged to come to the Prudential Center to enjoy a slice of pie and beverages.

As part of the celebratory day, the Community Servings’ Street Team is holding a ‘Spot The Pie Slice’ contest with Zipcar. Track the pie slice, which will be jetting around the city in a Zipcar MINI Cooper Convertible and Tweet and Facebook about it (using #pieinthesky). A winner will be selected randomly at the end of the day and will receive a free Zipcar membership and a pie!

Getting Your Pie
Order a delicious apple, pecan, pumpkin, or sweet potato pie and pick it up on Wednesday, November 23 at over 45 locations throughout Greater Boston.
