Natural Relief for Lower Leg and Foot Pain – Class #FOOTFA14
Instructor, Barry Bailey, MS, LMT, Active Stretching Instructor/Coach Offered through Acton-Boxborough Community Education Class is held at the STAR Tech® Healing and Learning Center, Maynard, MA Thursday, September 18, 2014
7:00 – 9:00 pm
$26 for Acton-Boxborough Residents.
Non-residents are welcome and pay an additional $4.00 per class.

The general conditions this class will address include sore, achy feet and lower legs.
Some specific conditions the class will address include Shin Splints, Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, and nighttime leg cramps.
For self-rehabilitation and for self-maintenance you will learn Active Isolated Stretching and Soft Tissue Active Recovery Technique (STAR Tech®), the technique I use in my massage practice for treating these same conditions.
