Enjoy a fun-filled celebration with family and friends at NARA Park. This spectacular all-day event begins at noon and concludes with a spectacular fireworks display.
Limited free shuttle buses will bring guests from our designated parking lots at Nagog Park Drive to NARA Park. Guests will be directed to park at the end of Nagog Park Drive off Route 2A and are encouraged to take the 10 min. walk through the lighted Town Forest trail located at the end of Nagog Park Drive.
The schedule of activities for July 3rd include from 12:00-2:00 PM T-Bone Children’s Performer at the Pavilion/Beach area; 12:00-5:00 PM Family Fun Activities! Moonbounces, Games & More; 2:00-3:00 PM* Free Cookout for Acton Residents at Picnic Tents and Juggling John; 3:30-4:00 PM*; Free Ice Cream for Acton Residents at the Amphitheater Snack Bar; 3:00-5:00 PM Compaq Big Band at the Amphitheater; 5:00-10:00 PM Food Vendors: Boston Event Specialists, Savory Lane and more; 5:30-5:55 PM & 7:50-8:00 PM, Acton Minutemen Demonstration; 6:00-7:45 PM Help Wanted Band; 7:45 PM-7:50 PM Selectmen Greeting; 8:00-9:45 PM, Another Tequila Sunrise, Eagles Tribute Band! 9:45 PM Spectacular Fireworks Display.
This year’s fireworks display has been funded by the Town of Acton, Donelan’s Supermarkets and Gould’s Clothing. Additional large donations for this memorable event include Enterprise Savings Bank, Cambridge Savings Bank, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Kayem Franks. NARA Park is located on Ledge Rock Way (off Rt. 27) in North Acton. If postponed due to severe weather conditions, fireworks will be held on July 4th.
