Native Americans shared the secret of sugar maples with the Colonists, and we want to share them with you. Come and see how trees are tapped, and how the sap is boiled into syrup. The day will include woodland walks for tapping, sweet treats, and fun crafts and activities for the children.
Stroll along woodland trails to see how maple trees are tapped and how sap is collected. Learn how Native Americans boiled sap to make sugar. There will be maple treats for everyone.
This is a drop-in event and NO Pre-registration or Pre-payment is required.
