The folks who work there are friendly, it has one of the cleanest port-a-potties I've ever seen. You can swim in the river and it's uncrowded and affordable.
A canoeing outing on the Nashua is a perfect event for companies, groups and clubs. Paddling down a river brings people together in a new way. The Nashua is a friendly river, a fun and easy paddle for novices. Most group paddles are self-guided. We set you off off with maps, an overview talk about the Nashua River, including picnicking spots and some paddling tips. Or you can arrange for a guide to go with you. If you have a guide, you might want to utilize our enviroinmental education option (see below). Shuttles can be arranged for a one-way trip. And there’s a 10% discount for all rentals of six boats or more.
Pack a picnic and head on out for a great enjoyable family activity.
