Paul Revere's midnight ride is reenacted at midnight on Patriot's Day with his arrival at the Hancock-Clarke House. At 5:30am the ringing of the bell in the Old Belfry followed by a reenactment of the Skirmish on the Green.
The 'Red Coats', then march down Massachusetts Avenue (the Battle Road) to the spot on the Lexington Battle Green where they encountered the Lexington Minute Men over 225 years ago and 'the shot heard 'round the world' was fired.
At 7:30 a.m. there is the Children's Parade from East Lexington to the Green. At 2:00 p.m. Monday, the Lexington Town Celebrations Parade begins.
