TaekwonDo
TaekwonDo is far more than just kicking and punching. It is also a philosophy, a way of life, and a code of conduct, which emphasizes self-control.
KidkwonDo
KidkwonDo is a TaekwonDo class specially designed for children ages 2-6. The class helps children develop balance, coordination, concentration, stamina, physical and emotional growth and new enthusiasm.
Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu or grappling incorporates techniques similar to wrestling. The emphasis on ground-skills enables the practitioner to apply a pin or submission hold in order to control an opponent. Where TaekwonDo uses distance to control a situation, Jiu-Jitsu employs in-close tactics to control and restrict and opponent’s movement, resulting in minimal injury to a defender.
Meditation
Immerse your body, mind and spirit to therapeutic benefits. Many recent research studies have noted the benefits of meditation practice. Meditation decreases your pulse rate, respiratory rate and your blood pressure.
Taerobixx
Using kicks an punches in a safe environment, Taerobixx gets the blood pumping and the sweat pouring. Our kickboxing fitness class is a fun, energetic way to get into shape.
Total Body Training (TBT)
T.B.T, the workout formerly known as F.S.C, is designed to increase strength, explosiveness, flexibility, and total body conditioning.
Our Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Pilates classes: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, are taught by instructors who are experts in their fields as well as certified personal trainers.
Muscle Movement
This class uses light weights to develop muscular endurance. The class involves several different combinations of lunges and squats and a step is used as a prop as well. This class builds balance and stamina for a very well rounded workout.
Fitness Center
There is also an entire room dedicated to weight training and fitness equipment for group/individual training programs. The fitness center is operated by Personal Fitness & Performance, and allows members of Giorgio's TaekwonDo to utilize various cardiovascular machines, strength, balance and flexibility equipment for a complete exercise program. The fitness room was recently expanded to over 3000 sq. ft.

There are many ways to avoid the traffic on and around the light at Union Avenue and Route 20 - especially during rush hour.
- From Union Ave- turn between AAA Limo and Fleet ATM at sign for 25-33 Union Ave.
- From Dunkins Donuts Rt.20- turn right on Station Rd., then left on Union Ave., a quick right into 25-33 Union Ave.
- From Landham- turn right on Rt.20, left on Goodman's Hill left on Old Lancaster, at end turn left on Concord turn at first right (Codjer Lane) left onto Union Ave.
- From Wayland, Corner Rt.20 & Rt. 27- Rt. 27N, turn left at light on Concord Ave. bear right on Union Ave. Turn right at 25-33 Union Ave. or take Rt. 20W, turn right on Goodman's Hill.
- From Edgell Rd.- Edgell to Nobscot, left on Rt.20, right into Chiswick Park.
