Located along scenic Route 2 between the Freedom Trail and the Mohawk Trail, the Johnny Appleseed Trail of North Central Massachusetts offers a charming New England flavor and a wide range of beautiful foliage, unique getaways, and fall fairs and festivals close to Boston, Worcester, and Providence! And, yes, John Chapman, aka Johnny Appleseed, was born here, in Leominster, on September 26, 1774!
