cape cod children's museum photoA non-profit organization, the Cape Cod Children's Museum is a place where families an children can learn and play together.

The museum features lots of hand on exhibits to discover and explore.

Have fun exploring the Pirate Ship, see the stars at the indoor planetarium, or create your own stories at the Puppet Theatre.

With lots of hands on exhibits including a cool pirate ship, an indoor planetarium, a puppet theater, toddler play area, gift shop & all sorts of daily programs, you're sure to find something fun to do here.

Come make new friends, and learn about the terrific programs offered, while your children are free to explore, touch & discover at the Cape Cod Children's Museum.

10:00am – 3:00pm Tuesday –Thursday
10:00am – 5:00pm Friday & Saturday
12:00pm – 5:00pm Sunday

Open all Monday holidays and Mondays during local school vacation weeks.
Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day,
Easter, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

The Cape Cod Children’s Museum is located at 577 Great Neck Road SOUTH, Mashpee, MA 02649. The Museum is 2.1 miles from the Mashpee Rotary.

From Lower Cape (Dennis, Orleans and points east)
Take Route 6 to exit 5 (Route 149). Go south on Route 149 (towards Marstons Mills)
for 2-3 miles to Route 28. Go right on Route 28 for approximately 4 miles to the
Mashpee rotary. Take the 4th right off the rotary to Great Neck Road South. The Museum is 2 miles down on the right.

From Hyannis
Take Route 28 for approximately 10 miles to Mashpee rotary. Take the 4th right off
the rotary to Great Neck Road South. The Museum is 2 miles down on right.

From Sagamore Bridge
Follow Route 6 and take exit 2 to Route 130 South toward Mashpee. Go approximately 11 miles
on Route 130 to Route 28. Go right on Route 28 for 2 miles to Mashpee rotary. Take the 4th right
off the rotary to Great Neck Road South. The Museum is 2 miles down on the right.

From Bourne Bridge
Follow Route 28 towards Falmouth for approximately 7 miles to exit for Route 151/Mashpee.
Go right onto Route 151 and follow for approximately 6 miles to the Mashpee rotary.
Take 2nd right off the rotary to Great Neck Road South. The Museum is 2 miles down on the right.

From Falmouth
Take Route 28 South to Mashpee rotary. Take 1st right off the rotary to Great Neck Road South. The Museum is 2 miles down on the right.

What a wonderful place for kids to spend hours just being kids. The museum is not large but there are so many different areas within the space to keep kids entertained.nad educated..As the parent or grandparent it's great fun watching ...all easily seen from one spot...
