Birthday Parties at MyGym are a full 1 ½ or 2 hr private events. My Gym instructors guide the children through organized games and activities. The staff handles everything, including setup and cleanup. Times are reserved well in advance so call today to secure your preferred date.

About MyGym
My Gym children's fitness center features a program and facility devised to help children three months to twelve years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally.

The structured, age-appropriate weekly classes incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and other original activities. Plus you'll enjoy upbeat music throughout the session that leaves you in a good mood all day long.

The My Gym childrens fitness center facility has custom-designed gym equipment, the configuration of which is changed each week to provide a new and exciting experience for the children. Parent participation is required for children from 3 months to 3.5 years.

The staff is professionally trained and upbeat, providing entertaining and structured class programs along with an excellent student/teacher ratio.

Perfect Party

We had our son's 4th birthday party at MyGym and it was a really wonderful party. The staff was super - they handled everything from setup, entertainment, cake serving, and cleanup. This left plenty of time for me and the other adults to take lots of great pictures and to enjoy the day. The kids all had a blast from start to finish. The staff did an excellent job. Many thanks!
