Dance is the ultimate fitness activity for all ages! Take advantage of The Dance Inn’s seven-week Spring program to tryout one of New England’s most highly respected schools. Twenty-six years of dance education has resulted in a strong rhythm based approach, which focuses on enhancing a child’s natural interest in music and movement.
The Dance Inn has offered dance programs for preschoolers through adults since February, 1983. Classes are available for both the recreational dancer and the pre-professional student.
The emphasis in all courses is to:
- Develop Dance Skills and Improve Coordination
- Increase Self-concept through Success
- Promote Life Long Patterns for Overall Fitness
- Have Fun Expressing Ourselves through Dance
Classes are offered in two locations. Our Lexington location is in the Munroe Center for the Arts at 1403 Massachusetts Avenue. Our new Arlington location is below the Regent Theatre at 7 Medford Street. Both locations have two studios with raised floors, mirrors, and waiting areas. Our office is located in the Lexington studio.
