Danforth's Summer Arts is a weeklong, full-day art program for grades K-8 and half-day classes for grades 9-12. This summer, we will be inspired by what is 'now on view' at some of the world's most incredible museums in addition to exhibitions at our own Danforth Museum.
Grades K-5 will create weekly thematic mixed-media projects, while 6-12 graders will have specific media-based classes.
The program includes six hours of art instruction each day taught by dynamic teachers, outdoor play and creative challenges, tours of the Danforth Art Museum, weekly Friday student exhibitions, and a developed portfolio filled with amazing artwork!
Our reduced class sizes and spacious studios allow for safe, in-person classes. Register before April 30 to save with our Early Bird pricing!
