Summer Camp is the perfect time to give Delphi Academy a try. Most of the regular school year curriculum is available to students, but they will spend a lot of time during the warm summer weeks just having fun. Summer students at Delphi are really more like campers.
Students come from all over the Boston area for academic enrichment and a lot of summer fun. Camp is available for students from the age of four through twelve.
A perfect balance of learning and fun:
Summer is a great chance for students to sharpen up their study skills, brush up on subjects like reading or math, advance themselves in existing studies or explore new interests. Younger students take advantage of their early reading program offered during the summer. Summer students have the benefit of working closely with experienced, year-round faculty, who are an important part of the summer academic program.
The other part of summer at Delphi is fun. Most days during Summer Camp are consumed with swimming, arts and crafts, and a variety of outdoor activities. Mid-mornings, all but the very youngest campers head to an Olympic-sized pool near the school for a combination of swimming lessons and free swim time. Afternoons are spent on arts and crafts activities as well as additional physical education. Depending on their age, our summer campers may learn to make puppets, find out about cooking, build something in woodshop, design a T-shirt, or try their hand at painting and sketching. Team games like soccer, kickball, dodgeball, basketball and gymnastics give children additional physical exercise.
Activities & Trips:
Every Friday during the summer session, campers go on a field trip. Our most popular trip is the beach, and we usually pick a different one each week. Younger children might go to a farm or berry picking.
No matter what the age or interests, Delphi Academy brings together learning and fun to give all our children a summer to remember.

Best Summer Camp we foundDelphi Academy Summer Camp had exceeded our high expectations. Our sons love for the camp was from the first day until the end of the season. It is the perfect balance of fun and continued learning. You can see the extreme thoughtfulness in the activities, approach and child recognition program. For example, the boys enjoy reading and writing mini book reports. They don't like doing this at home, however, look forward to it at camp. They had the absolute best councilors/teachers. We cannot say enough about how they connect with the children and really understand each child's personality and strengths. They all operate with respect and integrity to everyone. We will definitely be here next summer!
Awesome summer camp programMy girls have been going to Delphi Academy Summer Camp for 3 years now. They absolutely love the camp, the teachers and camp counselors. I love that they offer a reading program that keeps the kids up to speed during the summer. Both of my girls are reading above grade level and I have to give some credit to Delphi's summer reading program for that - one of my favorite things about the camp. The swimming program is another huge plus! This camp does a great job of designing a summer program that keeps the kids busy playing and learning. The camp hours are also great, especially for working parents. My girls really look forward to starting summer camp every summer! I'm really glad we found the camp when we did!!
Great Summer CampOur twin daughters have been attending Delphi Academy's Summer Camp for 5 consecutive years, and it has been a pleasure. The activities are dynamic and perfectly mapped to the children's level of ability and maturity; the staff is professional yet nurturing, and it is an extension of academics throughout the 7 weeks. The facility is wonderful and the field trips are very well organized and supported by a trustworthy staff. Thank you, Delphi!
