Chef & Owner Milena Pagán invites guests to gather over dinner and wine tastings every Sunday in July and August.
Each week’s wine selections fit within a unique theme, encouraging attendees to expand their horizons together.
Two of the tastings are led entirely in Spanish for a truly immersive experience.
Tastings feature five hand-picked wine selections, which offer a spotlight to smaller producers, for guests to share and discuss.
To pair, Pagán serves her infamous gigantic paella for all to enjoy.
Wine selections are available for purchase following the tasting, at a discounted price for attendees.
Some tastings include the Tour de France, falling on Bastille Day, focusing on classic French wines, along with lesser known varietals.
On July 21, Rosé fans can expect five unique rosé wines, including a barrel aged rosé, sparkling, and a few other offbeat house favorites picked to introduce guests to the wine’s diversity.
The Shades of Garnacha tasting is ideal for those looking to expand their pallet on Garnacha Spanish wines, including Garnatxa Blanca, Catalunya and even a rosé from Madrid.
