This workshop teaches you how to craft complex, beautifully balanced drinks, without the alcohol and without feeling like you are just drinking a big glass of juice.

This class is your opportunity to try before you buy, with students sipping on a variety of non- alcoholic spirits.

You’ll work with a curated collection of premium zero proof spirits, bitters, and botanical blends while learning foundational bartending.
