Sunday is Kids Day! Join us for fun ocean related activities and presentations during the day.

Admission to these special Sunday Kids Day programs for children and adults are FREE!* Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Activities and presentations will be hosted upstairs on the Second Floor (Access by ballroom staircase).

Sensational Sharks
Learn about sharks with Amy Fleischer, former Education Director at Mass Audubon’s Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.

Amy will lead an interactive family program about nature of sharks, their life cycles, habitats, and our role in their conservation.

Hands-on, inquiry-based activities are sure to interest young explorers!

The Weird and Wild: The Greenland Shark with Michel Labrecque and Julie Ouimet.
What is it like to dive with one of the strangest sharks in the world?

Learn more about these bizarre creatures.

*Please note: Tickets are required for regular Boston Sea Rovers Saturday and Sunday Daytime programs and Evening Film Festival.

The weekend long event will include over forty daytime seminars covering a wide variety of topics about exploration, education and conservation of the underwater world.

The spectacular Saturday Evening Film Festival is one of the most prestigious in the underwater world.

Dr Greg Skomal, well known explorer and great white shark researcher will be the Master of Ceremonies.

This year the Festival features amazing underwater films from famed IMAX filmmakers Howard and Michelle Hall, BBC Filmmaker Rick Rosenthal (Life, Blue Planet, Planet Earth and Disney’s Earth) and Andy Casagrande.

The weekend also includes the Eco-Animals Art Exhibit which traces the life of a flip-flop from ocean trash to amazing creations such as elephants, lions and giraffes.

Other happenings include public workshops on underwater photography, free diving and advanced diving techniques, and the largest display of dive equipment and services in New England.
