OWLS ARE COMING TO THE SPELLMAN MUSEUM OF STAMPS

As part of its “Stamps Come Alive” programs and to celebrate National Stamp Collecting Month, the Spellman Museum of Stamps & Postal History at Regis College in Weston is bringing up to six owls on Sunday October 24 for two programs at 1:00 and 3:00.

The birds are from “Eyes on Owls” in Ipswich and will include owls found in New England from the smallest to the large beautiful snowy owl.

This type of owl delivered the mail in the Harry Potter books.

Also learn how to hoot like an owl.
This program has been held before at the Museum and has proved very popular.

Advanced registration is not required but can be made at [email protected].
