Your little farm explorers will become fully immersed in what life is like at Chestnut Hill Farm.
Each Friday morning will be a new learning experience.
We will begin by learning about a topic such as “Animal Footprints” or “The First Month.” Then we will take a walk on the farm, relating what we’ve learned to everything we are seeing!
We may go inside the greenhouse, do a science experiment, visit the animals in the barnyard, or make snow sculptures.
We will then make something to take home!
This could be a related art project, a bird house, or seeds that your pre-schooler planted.
This is a monthly sign up.
Each month will have different themes, and you are welcome to attend as many months as you would like!
Dates: January 7, 14, 21, 28
This program is recommended for children age 2 years 9 months to age 5.
Adult supervision is required; this is not a drop off program.
Little farmers and their grownups should wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that can get a little dirty.
Fee covers one child and an adult.
Younger siblings between 1.5 and 2.9 years are welcome with an additional fee of $16/$24 for member/nonmembers.
Siblings under age 1.5 can attend at no additional cost.
Registration closes one day prior to the event.
