Watch as they read a story of their choosing to Jax!
(BYOB - Bring your own book!)
Join us for an adorable reading practice session with Jax, Boston Public Market’s Chief Barketing Officer, a delightful series where children can enjoy practicing reading skills in an stress-free, judgment-free setting in the heart of Boston.
Hosted in our cozy semi-private room, The Nook, young readers will have the special opportunity to bring their favorite short story and read to Jax.
This enchanting event promises a memorable experience as children engage in the magic of storytelling, surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of the Boston Public Market.
Bring your little ones to foster a love for reading and create cherished memories with Jax, the lovable canine companion!
The best part?
This event is free!
Animals don’t judge a child’s reading skills, which may encourage hesitant or struggling readers to practice and gain confidence.
Reading aloud to animals helps improve literacy skills and has a positive effect on attitudes about reading in young learners.
See you there!
*Books will not be provided, please bring your own favorite story!
