There are more than 150,000 types of moths and our ecoregion has its own unique and rare species.So every year we celebrate moths with a long night of trapping, displays, and brief lectures - along with crafts, gummi caterpillars, root beer floats, a moth cake and more.
Bring the kids early, or stay late into the night to monitor the traps (the later it gets the more moths that come out).
At 9:30 we'll pause to choose the best moth costume.
