The name, Off Mic!
refers to the fact that Gallery 263 is so intimate, amplification is often totally unnecessary.
Without a microphone, the barrier between performer and audience is knocked down.
Off-Mic!
gives audience members a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process of performing.

Public Transportation:
Gallery 263 is near the Central Square T stop on the Red Line, about a 10 minute walk down Pearl Street from Massachusetts Ave. We’re also just across the B.U. Bridge from Boston. Use the Boston University West stop on the Green Line, and proceed across the bridge towards Magazine St. We’re also on the 47, 64 & 70 bus routes.
Driving/Parking
Most parking near Gallery 263 is restricted to Cambridge residents. However, there are no parking restrictions on Sunday in Cambridge. If you are visiting us Wednesday-Saturday, there are a few non-permit spots on Granite St. near the Morse Street School. There are also available spots close to Memorial Drive and Central Square.
