Come to Stonybrook Fine Arts to enjoy a fantastic creative experience! Accompanied by our skilled, and dedicated teachers, we will give you all the tools to improve your artistic ability.

A 3-hr workshop that covers the basics of oxy-acetylene welding and cutting, familiarization with the gas tanks, welding and and metal cutting practice with the torch.

Oxy-fuel is one of the oldest welding processes, though in recent years it has become less popular in industrial applications.

However, it is still widely used for welding pipes and tubular structures, as well as in repair work.

It is also frequently well-suited (and favored) for fabrication of metal-based artwork.

We also offer an 8 hour welding intensive and longer classes running 8 or 10 weeks.
