Have you ever wished that you were more creative or felt blocked or discouraged when trying to be creative?

Of course, we all have!!

If you would like to have more fun creating and to learn some strategies for working through your self-doubts, fears, and obstacles, please join Sophie Glikson Cahen and Judi Stein at our upcoming workshop:

As human beings, we all have the unique capacity to be creative in whatever form we choose.

When accessing our creative potential, we reawaken a sense of playfulness and purpose, which frequently brings more vitality to our life.

At times, however, many of us find it difficult to tap into our innate creative abilities because of our fears, our inner critics, or our lack of confidence.

In this workshop, participants will be guided through a series of visualizations, playful activities, and art-making experiences to help them get in touch with their inner creativity.

In addition, we will be identifying, reflecting on, and discussing those negative thoughts, fears, and expectations that often stop us from expressing ourselves creatively.

We will share specific ways to work with obstacles and re-discover the joy of creating.

No artistic background or abilities are necessary.
