In this six session workshop we'll play with a variety of techniques, styles and media while gaining confidence with the paint brush and acrylic paint.

Each class will start with an ex-planation and demonstration.

Then we'll dive in and explore tools and techniques.

We'll try different mediums, explore how color and composition help build the overall mood, we'll make collage papers and then compose a piece using them.

We'll build abstracts, try negative painting, play with perspectives and create layers that emerge as landscapes.

Mostly, we'll have fun letting loose, and finding our inner creative.
