Participants will sketch leaves inside the tropical conservatories and use that as inspiration for the screenprint design.
They will be guided through a simple DIY screenprint method to preserve their image permanently on a 12-inch tote bag.
All printing materials will be provided including one 12-inch tote bag per person.
Participants are invited to bring a second fabric item such as a bandana or t-shirt to screenprint their design one more time.
Inks used for printing are permanent, all participants are encouraged to bring an apron or smock.
Please note this class is for children with or without their adult companions.
