Clay Lounge is a community-based pottery studio offering one-time pottery classes (and private events) where people can get their hands dirty and try something new!

This one-time pottery class is great for first-time potters — or those looking for a fun refresher.

Make 2 pieces on the wheel, which will be fired and glazed in a color of your choice so that they’re ready to use as a part of your everyday life.

This is a fun and relaxing chance to unplug, get your hands muddy, and get creative.

Perfect for a date night or family outing.

In our wheel workshops, students will first go through the steps of making a piece on the wheel with the guidance of an instructor before making a second piece on their own!

Participants will come away with 1-2 pieces in the color of their choosing that will be ready for pick up in 4-5 weeks.

Clay Lounge Somerville is located at 561 Windsor Street #B203 in Somerville. It’s the same building as the Taza Chocolate Factory.

We are conveniently located a few blocks from the Union Square T stop. If you are driving, there is street parking in front of the building. You can also park in the empty lot diagonally across from the building at 0 Windsor Place on weekends (in front of the new high rise).
