During each family-friendly class, attendees will create a unique work of art with the guidance of CAC instructors.
All necessary materials will be provided.

Canvas & Cookies dates
• June 14 | 1-2PM | Fathers Day
In honor of Father’s Day, we will help you create a painting from a multifaceted still life, constructed so that you can capture just the right image to honor of the father figure in your life.
The final painting would surely make for an appropriate gift – or can be kept as a painting for you to treasure!

• July 19| 1-2PM | Stick out Your Tongue Day
Stick Your Tongue Out Day!
Yes, there’s a day for that, too!
We will paint silly selfies and preposterous portraits together – don’t forget to throw up a peace sign :)

• August 2| 1-2PM |Dinosaur Day
It’s Dinosaur Day!
A day to be enjoyed by all ages – We’ll paint a prehistoric scene with all the favorites of course – Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops, and Brachiosaurus will for sure be represented!

• August 16| 1-2PM |World Honey Bee Day
In recognition of World Honey Bee Day, we will paint a sweet golden image in appreciation of the honey bee and all its pollination efforts!

Craft & Cookies dates
• July 12 | 1-2:30PM | Etch a Sketch Day
Who knew there was such a thing as Etch A Sketch Day!
In honor of the classic toy, we have a perfectly crafted embroidery / stitching activity that captures the linear nature of the mechanical drawing toy – it will be framed up perfectly in Etch A Sketch style.

• September 20| 1-2:30PM |Hispanic Heritage Month
We’ll celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, crafting Guatemalan worry dolls to help you set aside all your current worries.
Gift your doll, or keep it for yourself – It can be told all your anxieties, and then put under your pillow for a good night’s rest – relinquishing all sorrows and worry!

All classes are free to attend, but space for each session is limited.
Registration required.
Each RSVP counts for one person, additional guests or children need to be registered to participate in the class.
Each sessions starts at 1PM.
We kindly ask that participants arrive on time to ensure they can participate in the class.
Registrants who are not checked in by 1:15PM will be counted as a no show.
