Learn about plant care and create your own silly or spooky spider-inspired plant monsters!

Explore the Japanese art of Kokedama and take home your own spider plant just in time for Halloween.

This creative botanical planting technique grows a plant in a ball of soil covered in moss.

Together we will explore the basics of plant care using our conservatory plants as inspiration, learn about the benefits of houseplants, and assemble our own Kokedama ball with easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions.

Each child participant will create their own, hanging, 6' Kokedama ball with an easy-to-care-for houseplant.

Please note this class for children with or without their adult companions.
