Opera Adventures at the Boston Public Library Saturday, March 21, 2015 | 3:00pm–4:00pm BPL Central Branch, Copley Square—Children’s Room Free, and open to ages 5–8 with their caregivers.
Singing, acting, and creative movement—opera has it all!
Boston Lyric Opera Teaching Artist Heather Gallagher leads children and parents in this interactive workshop all about opera, the ultimate game of make-believe, in the newly-renovated Children’s Room at the Boston Public Library.
Play theatre games, sing like opera divas or divos, and stay afterwards for opera-themed arts and crafts.
