Celebrate Israel: Boston, an outdoor festival of Israeli music, art, dance, fun, food, and community, expected to draw thousands of people and feature internationally renowned musical talent, children’s performers, interactive art projects and activities for everyone.

CJP and IAC, in partnership with the Consulate General of Israel to New England, are joining with hundreds of community organizations to make this unique Israeli experience a reality, including authentic food from Boston’s best kosher restaurants, food trucks and caterers as well as games and activities ranging from Gaga, Israeli folk dancing, an Israeli hand drumming circle, bungee trampoline and Masada Rock climbing wall to a Noah’s Ark petting zoo, camel rides, human foosball, and more.

WHO:
•Julian Edelman, New England Patriots Wide Receiver and Super Bowl champion, is scheduled to greet the crowd at 1:30 p.m.
•Josh Nelson, Time Magazine’s “Star of New Jewish Music” – 2:45 p.m.
•Ethnix, one of the most celebrated Israeli pop rock bands of all time – 5 p.m.
•Neshama Carlebach, leading superstar in Jewish entertainment and rising Broadway star, and her gospel choir – 2:45 p.m.
•Tamir Goodman, American-born Israeli basketball player, Sports Illustrated’s 'Jewish Jordan”, will run a drills and skills workshop for kids and teens from 12-5 p.m.
•Dod Haim, Israel’s premier children’s entertainer – 4:15 p.m.
•Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys, local acclaimed family entertainment group – 3:30 p.m.
•Brookline’s Puppet Showplace Theater – 12.30 p.m.
•More than 200 community organizations across Greater Boston including day schools, synagogues, teen groups, religious schools, Israeli schools and Jewish camps

A photo ID is required for admission.

Kosher food will be available for purchase.

Additionally, food may be brought into the event, but for security reasons, no beverages or hard-sided coolers are permitted.
