Top 20 participants will be part of a reception and exhibit at The Plein-Air Art Academy.
3rd runner up will get a book on cartoon making.
2nd runner up will receive an $85 Blick Art Materials gift card, and 1st place winner will get a whole month of FREE Classes at The Plein-Air Art Academy!
