This exhibit is part of the MCCA’s series of neighborhood exhibitions which celebrate the work of artists across Boston’s varied cityscapes, one neighborhood at a time.

South Boston has long been a hub of activity and culture.

Some of the work in this exhibition depicts the streets, stores, houses, and architecture of the neighborhood through the perceptive lens of the artists’ lived experience.

For viewers familiar with Boston these works highlight how quickly the neighborhood has/is changing.

Other works in this exhibition delve into philosophical and sometimes humorous explorations of people and the human body.

The artworks in Yesterday Today Tomorrow capture places, moments, and emotions to be experienced anew.
