Created by CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, the tour is designed to give people the opportunity to learn about unconscious bias, or blind spots, and explore ways to mitigate this bias in their everyday lives.
Through a series of immersive activities, individuals are exposed to the nuances of unconscious bias and then are given the opportunity to pledge their commitment to addressing personal biases and cultivate inclusive behaviors.
