Through this show, we will ask what it means to take up space as a womxn in society today and explore, through the medium of dance, how the successes and difficulties of being a womxn are embodied within us.
Ultimately, our production serves as both a means of telling womxn-focused stories and as a space to showcase womxn voices in the performing and visual arts.
We hope to not only empower our own dancers and choreographers by giving them a voice and medium to discuss matters around womxnhood, but also give the audience a space to process them as well.
