The American Cooking Thru Time series will focus on food and cooking technology through a historical lens.
Each day, kids will explore a different part of The Wayside Inn Historic Site with a walk/tour.
Staff and volunteers will read stories and provide projects related to the topic of the day.
Kids will also have an opportunity to sample some theme-related food items.
Pick and choose the dates and themes that work best for your summer schedule!
(There is another series on Three Sister Gardening, Sustainability, & Native American Traditions the week of July 19-23.)
All programs will take place from 9:00 a.m. to noon, and there is an option to add on an extra hour for lunch.
Registration is limited to 10 children per session.
