MassArt x SoWa is pleased to present Little Splinters: 2022 Graduate Alumni Exhibition, on view from October 1 - November 13, 2022.

The show is the gallery's second annual juried exhibition of alumni work from across the college's graduate programs in fine arts, design, and art education.

Little Splinters takes its title from a featured sculpture by Brian Christopher Glaser (MFA'09 3D Fine Arts).

It features recent work from twenty-nine graduate alumni, representing seven MassArt graduate programs, including MFA and Post-Bac programs in Fine Arts (2D and 3D Fine Arts, Photography, Film/Video, and Fine Arts: Low Residency), as well as three graduate programs in Art Education.

The show was juried/curated by members of the graduate programs / MassArt x SoWa team: Lucinda Bliss, Felicia Scott Flint, Rebecca Morrison, Jen Mawson, and Zhidong Zhang.

Excluding Lucinda (Associate Provost and Dean), the jurors are all alumni of the graduate programs ourselves.

Join us for two SoWa First Friday receptions on October 7 and November 4, from 5-9pm.

Several of the Little Splinters artists will be in attendance!
