NE Voices is proud to announce 2024 dates for: Nexus, a weeklong summer day-program!

Nexus is defined as a connection linking two or more things.

Our hope at NE Voices is that Nexus will provide students with a unique opportunity to connect and create.

Throughout the week, students will connect with a cappella professionals and other student singers as they explore different creative approaches to a cappella.

Each day at Nexus will include group arranging and recording sessions, solo recording sessions, and individual coachings and lessons focused on their primary interests in a cappella.

Through these hands-on experiences, students will explore the various creative processes behind new arrangements, studio tracks, and stellar performances.

The program will conclude with a showcase and live recording session where students will perform for and with each other.

At the end of the week, students will have expanded their a cappella skill sets and created two new published singles.

Nexus will be held in collaboration Northgate Studio in Bedford, MA from July 22nd-26th, and the registration fee is $500.

To apply, students must submit a video audition including a verse and chorus of a song of their choice and a part singing exercise, as well as an accompanying google form.
