In honor of the legacies of queer communities here in the city of Boston, come enjoy a night of theater-making, dancing, music, and other activities during a summer block party hosted by the Gardner Museum and The Theater Offensive!

Events include:

5:15 PM - 6:15 PM | Queering the Museum: Parts/Perspectives/Me
Join a tour led by Museum Educator Boy Nirvana that takes a closer look at how we can use history and art to challenge dominant narratives in museums.

5:30 - 6:30 PM & 7:30 - 8:30 PM | DJ RAYVINO
Listen to the sounds of Dorchester native DJ RAYVINO!

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM & 6:30- 7:30 PM | Theater of Union Presents: Queer As a Map of Love
Through story circles, collective creation, and performance, discover how queerness can be a map to true love and understanding in this workshop.

6 - 7 PM | VLA Dance Workshop with Victoria Awkward
Good vibes and great tunes guaranteed!

5 - 8 PM | Stitching Queer Futures
Inspired by the AIDs Quilt, Polly Thayer Starr Visiting Studio Artist Des Bennett invites folks to use fabric markers to create a unique quilt block that will be added to a collaborative quilt honoring queer futures.
