DEAR DRAGON tells the story of George and Blaise who are paired up by their teachers for a year-long pen pal and poetry project.
But what the reader knows – and they do not – is that one of them is a little boy, and one of them is a little dragon!
Josh Funk lives outside of Boston with his wife and children and works as a computer programmer.
He is a board member of The Writers' Loft in Sherborn, MA, and the co-coordinator of the 2016 and 2017 New England Regional SCBWI Conferences.
He's the author of Lady Pancake & Sir French Toast (Sterling), which was a 2015 Nerdy Book Club Award winner for Best Picture Book, as well as picture book Pirasaurs!
(Scholastic).
