This is a 4 day enrichment school-camp. Upon arrival students will be grouped by age/height/experience. Students should have gym shoes, gym shorts/sweats, and t-shirt.
J.A.B. Step will explore the game of basketball through fun activities, instruction, & PLAY!!
Student-Athlete workshops & guest speakers from the world of basketball will visit daily to share their experiences & highlight the importance of education, dedication, fitness, & teamwork.
(Open to Boys/Girls Grades 1-8)
Groups divided into 3 levels based on skill & confidence..
Beginner through Advance (Freshman, JV, Varsity)

• Banking / Saving (TD Bank)
• Dribbling / Shooting/ Passing
• Defense / Rebounding & Box-out
• Physical Fitness & Strengthening Tips
• Personal Hygiene / Motivation Building Workshops
• Swimming / Aquatics Fun & Fitness (Facility Pool)
• Teamwork / Encouragement
• Computer Edu-tainment
