Come and learn about your role in reducing global poverty and food insecurity! Including different methods to get involved, and how international poverty impacts you domestically.

I will be discussing how the non-profit, The Borgen Project, works to mobilize and pass anti-poverty legislation.

Current efforts can be made worldwide to stabilize markets and reduce overpopulation.

Reducing global poverty has domestic impacts as well.

I will be covering these methods, current efforts at legislation, and what can be done here in the U.S. to fight poverty.
