Dogtoberfest will celebrate two things just about everyone loves: dogs and beer.

While attendees hit the bar for Harpoon and UFO beers and snack on fare from local food trucks, dogs can enjoy a biscuit bar with samples of delicious, natural treats from Wellness Natural Pet Food.

Together, pups and their humans can register for a 1-mile Fun Run / Walk, enter contests for best trick or best costume, pose for photos in Lederhosen and other Octoberfest-themed garb, and more.

Don’t have a furry friend?

Not a problem, just a love for dogs is required.

Proceeds from the festival will benefit the Kenary Brain Tumor Research Fund at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MSCPA), which will receive an additional $1,000 donation from Wellness Natural Pet Food.
