Inventur—Art in Germany, 1943–55.
The first exhibition of its kind, Inventur examines the highly charged artistic landscape in Germany from the mid-1940s to mid-1950s; it includes more than 170 works, many of which have never been shown outside Germany.
The exhibition is on view February 9 through June 3, 2018, in our Special Exhibitions Gallery on Level 3.
